Do you have experience in the residential building industry or parts of the interior design process (Sanitaryware, Tiles, etc)? If so, this could be your next step. We are looking for a full-time Client Liaison/ Prestart Officer.  This role will be varied and interesting but mainly involves guiding Clients through prestart. 

This is NOT just another ADMIN job; we are looking for someone to join our growing team on a ‘Long Term' basis.

The Role:

• Prestart, helping with processing client selections and construction documents
• Client liaison
• Liaise with external stakeholders including interior designers, councils and suppliers
• Contracts Admin
• Drive the follow-up of outstanding information from internal and external stakeholders
• General assistance of other team members, internally and externally
• Formatting documents and generation of general correspondence
• Help provide our clients with a premium customer experience
• Some PA Duties for Director

The Requirements:

• Advanced MS Office skills including Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent phone manner and presentation in front of clients
• Strong focus on outstanding customer service
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• A pleasant demeanour and enjoy working in a team
• Experience with some parts of the interior design process (Sanitaryware, Tiles, ETC) would be very beneficial
• Experience in the residential construction industry (with a Residential Builder or Supplier to a Residential Builder) would also be beneficial
• Remuneration will be negotiated relevant to experience
