Trainee Client Liaison Officer

Summit Homes Group requires a Trainee Client Liaison Officerwho will assist our clients during the construction phase of their build journey through to the key handover. 

This is an extremely important role within our business where your main priority is to provide superior customer service to our clients during an exciting time in their lives, it's vital our clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. This role will be based in our Myaree office.

To be considered for this position you must demonstrate:.

• A passion for customer service. Prior experience is preferred
• Understanding of the construction process is desirable but not essential
• Diligence and adherence to procedures.
• Creative thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one

Working closely with our construction team, and reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, your duties will include:

• Supporting our clients through the construction phase of their building journey via phone call and email communication.
• Providing regular updates to our clients regarding progress of their build progress.
• Answering and resolving client queries during the construction phase of their build journey.
• Working closely with Site Supervisors to provide support. 
• Consulting suppliers to obtain product information, knowledge and materials.
• Preparation of documentation for site, including raising variation orders and extensions of time notices. 
• Organising and conducting Key Handover appointments with our clients. 
• Any other tasks relevant to the role.
