As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the facility's day-to-day operations, providing support and direction to all staff, and ensuring a high level of care is maintained for all residents. Your role will involve managing and leading the team, maintaining a collaborative company culture, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
