We are an international real estate agency based in Mt Waverley. Our office is currently searching for an energetic, ambitious and hardworking person to join our fast-moving contemporary office with the latest tools & technology. We are looking for individuals who has passion in real estate and would like to establish their career in the property industry. We would be happy to convert you into a million-dollar agent with our inhouse training programs that would exposed you to sales and property management job opportunities in the Residential Property sector.

You will be responsible for:
 

• New Listing appraisal and landlord sign up.
• Review and update landlord management agreements to ensure compliance with legal requirements and reflect the latest industry standards.
• Daily arrears follow up.
• Schedule leasing campaign with advertising manager. 
• Conduct weekly open for inspections.
• Weekly updates with Landlord about the leasing campaigns progress and discuss leasing strategies. 
• Attend OC meeting. 
• Attending VCAT hearing. 
• Conduct entry exists and routine inspection. 
• Ensure maintenance requests are attended.
• Ensure safety compliance checks are conducted timely. 
• Provide market review to landlord.
• Conduct rent review and lease renewal. 
• Ensure landlord outgoing bills are paying on time and rental disburse on time. 
• Establish a clear process for handling disputes between tenants and landlords. 

To be considered for this role you must have:
 

• Personable drive & motivation
• 6 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Consultant preferable but not essential.
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Love to learn and have continuous improvement mindset
• Responsible and responsive
• Availability to work some Saturdays
• Current VIC registration cert
• Ability to speak multi languages is an added advantage
