About The Role
We are currently in search of a skilled Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Bathurst team. This is a permanent full-time position, requiring a commitment of 5 days a week (including Saturdays) with one Rostered Day Off (RDO) each week. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for land or Residential Sales, demonstrating the ability to foster effective customer relationships and collaborate seamlessly with our sales team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
To be successful, you should have:
• Strong passion for Real Estate
• Valid Real Estate licence and a current driver’s license
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
• Understanding of Real Estate Legislation
• Exceptional negotiation skills and a flair for networking
• Problem-solving ability with a solution-driven mindset
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Key responsibilities include:
• Prospecting, listing, and closing sales
• Developing sales strategies, marketing plans, and overseeing advertising budgets
• Conducting market appraisals
• Reviewing and optimizing sales activities
• Hosting Open Homes and Open for Inspections
• Conducting pre-settlement inspections
