The Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing specialist expertise in the management of BHFLHN Community Health Care resources, including human resources, financial and project management, assets and property, that will meet the long term corporate and strategic planning objectives of the agency.
The incumbent will be responsible for the management of system processes that support human resource management including CHRIS and e-recruitment and onboarding, coordination of training and development; committee secretariat support and physical resources including asset tracking, leases and agreements, acquisition and disposal of assets, motor vehicle fleet and equipment at all according to State Government protocols and within the annual budgetary framework.
The incumbent will also be required to assist sites with auditing, code exercises, human resource and financial support and expert knowledge on resource management that support the services provided by BHFLHN Community Health.
