Form of workWorkforce Extensions Osborne Park is an established WA owned and operated recruitment agency, specialising in the provision of temporary and permanent recruitment services to a variety of industries and clients. With over 17 years' experience in the WA market, we are now looking for resourcer / Mobilisation Administrators to join our Team to assist with finding the right candidates for our clients.
We are looking to fill this position with either a full-time position or two part-time positions working back-to-back. This role is dynamic and will see you registering, planning, scheduling and mobilising candidates for various short and long term placements. Experience or knowledge with construction, engineering, mining and logistics is preferred.
Duties includes.
- Sourcing and selection of applicants
- Preparing the initial screening process
- Telephone and face to face interviews
- Manage candidate documentation
- Assist the on-boarding of new starters
- Scheduling and mobilising candidates for local and FIFO roles
- Database management
- General recruitment administration tasks
To be considered for this role
- Have recruitment/ administration experience (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to think on your feet and manage competing priorities
- Communicate at a wide range of levels and interview prospective candidates
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with a recruitment management database (preferred but not essential)
- Have an understanding of the construction, mining, engineering and logistics industries
- Able to work in a small but dynamic team
- MUST have Australian Residency
