THE RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who is on the rise, brimming with ambition, or an experienced Restaurant Manager who will excel in building something new, shiny, and refreshing. You will be passionate and focused on creating a professional and modern setup, delivering exceptional patron experiences, and possessing a must-have drive for industry awards.
THE ROLE
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to demonstrate professional leadership skills to all colleagues and coworkers. This role entails taking the helm in overseeing all front-of-house functions and facilitating the achievement of objectives for the newly formed and handpicked Food & Beverage that will be newly created and handpicked with your leadership.
To be successful you will require:
- Previous experience in a similar career Restaurant Manager position throughout Australia Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, New Zealand Asia and Europe is highly desired.
- Be able to manage outgoing and labour costs
- Drive revenue
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop activities and special events that spotlight the dining venue.
- Deliver high-quality restaurant presentations.
- Motivated with strong leadership skills and enjoy being front-of-house with clients to build rapport and long-lasting relationships
- Effective leader, mentor, and coach, with a passion for training and developing your team
- Highly developed interpersonal / communication skills
- A people person who wears a natural smile and enjoys engaging with a broad range of clients.
