Pilloni Restaurant works directly with small producers, growers and hunters to make sure that when you dine at their premise, you feel the breeze of the Sardinian Island for a moment.
The majority of their dishes are touched by the fire, that is the central heart of Pilloni’s kitchen. Also traditional focaccias, bread and pasta are freshly made each day.
Pilloni Restaurant is now looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
Agreeing and managing budgets.
Creating staffing rosters.
Planning menus.
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
Promoting and marketing the business.
Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
Taking reservations.
Greeting and advising customers.
Keeping statistical and financial records.
Assessing and improving profitability.
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager;
Strong management skills;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to manage all the operations of the restaurant;
Job type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
