Warm and welcoming, ANTARA 128 is a bakery and eating house open from dawn to dusk. The service moves through the day, starting with the on-site bakery in the morning before progressing into the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are in search of a Restaurant Manager with a genuine passion for hospitality and people, who is proactive and dedicated to leading our team to be the best they can be whilst delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
You will have:
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a premium dining environment;
- Pride in the service you deliver and a strong work ethic;
- A love of good food, great wine and uncommon ingredients;
- Excitement to be challenged professionally and grow within a great team culture;
- A high level of emotional intelligence to deal with a diverse range of guests and anticipate their needs;
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays;
- A valid Victorian RSA.
