AddressFull Time/Part Time Restaurant Manager
Required for busy restaurant in Camberwell.
Duties include staff training, opening & closing restaurant, staff rostering, cashing up, maintaining wine lists, wine & alcohol ordering from suppliers as well as other managerial duties. More importantly, the successful candidate will be hands on.
Applicant(s) must be trustworthy, reliable, able to work weekends & at least two years experience. The successful applicant would have excellent communication skills with customers as well as front and back of house staff.
