The Role
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the Kensington St Hospitality Precinct as the Restaurant Manager.
We are looking for someone driven and motivated, focused on driving business performance, who can build, develop and lead a high performing team, and most importantly someone who has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences that are second to none.
As a Restaurant Manager you will be expected to constantly look for ways to improve, bringing ideas and initiatives to the table as well as motivating and driving the venue to success.
In the role of Restaurant Manager you will:
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering high FOH standards and exceptional product
• Lead from the front, ensuring your team understand what exceptional looks like everyday
• Be Hands-on and operational, driving both regular service and key events for up to 150 people
• Maintain strong controls and reporting on both financials and the business financials.
• Take initiative in driving revenue opportunities
• Drive the ongoing improvement in FOH skills, product knowledge, service, culture and guest relations
• Liase with Head Chef, Operations & Marketing team to design menus
• Recruit, train and lead our growing FOH team.

Prerequisites:
• Min 2 year of relevant experience in the field
• Trained in Relevant ALC restaurant
• Experience in equivalent fine-dining or semi-fine dining a must
