This iconic restaurant is located on the North Shore, French focused with a modern Australian twist. A high calibre venue where you can really hone in on your french knowledge
The Role
In this role you will need to be a hands on, passionate team leader that fosters a great culture and professional yet enjoyable work environment.
You
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Have a strong passion for food and wine/beverages
- Be able to lead and motivate a team
- Organising the reservations and floor plan
- Manage finances including rostering, budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Full understanding of operations
- Proven experience in hiring, training and developing new staff
- Overseeing food services and ensuring that all dishes meet the quality standards
