We’re are looking for a Restaurant Manager to help run the day to day operations of our restaurant. You must be customer focused; creating great experiences for our guests as this is a floor based role. Night shifts and weekends are a pre-requisite.
Key responsibilities include;
- Day to day operations
- Leading front of house
- Understand and take action on key metrics (e.g. restaurant sales and costs)
- Manage all expected reporting, sales and expenses
- Regular strategic meetings with management and back of house
- Hiring & On boarding new staff
- Rostering
- Managing guest experience & satisfaction
- Events
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years Restaurant Manager experience
- Experience managing relevant industry software, eg Deputy, Now Book It, Stripe, Lightspeed
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and work under pressure
- P&L Management experience (COGs, Labour, Budgeting)
- Great communication skills both with customers and staff.
