We are in Western Australia, and we are currently looking for full-time Restaurant Manager with minimum 2 years’ experience in the same field. We will offer an annual salary of $70,000 - $73,000.
The duties performed will be:
Oversee day-to-day operations for both Front of the House and Back of the House in the restaurant.
Enhance service quality and optimize customer satisfaction.
Address customer complaints promptly and accurately.
Regularly assess product quality and explore potential new vendors.
Coordinate and supervise shifts effectively.
Evaluate staff performance, offering constructive feedback for enhanced productivity.
Anticipate future requirements for supplies, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety regulations.
Uphold and enhance the restaurant's positive image, proposing improvements as needed. Manage operational costs and identify strategies to minimize waste.
Generate comprehensive reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
Foster brand promotion within the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
