Support the day to day operations of a portfolio of retail assets Join a dynamic retail property management teamMidland, Perth | Mooroo | Land of the Whadjuk Noongar peopleWe have an opportunity for a Retail Administrative Assistant to join a highly regarded Retail Property team in Midland. In this key role, you will support Centre Managers with a range of administrative duties and property related projects. This exciting role will see no two days the same with a blend of finance (AP/AR), administration, customer service, tenant/contractor liaison with marketing and operational support. As you will be communicating with a wide variety of people daily it is vital that you enjoy people and are able to think on your feet.Here’s a snapshot of your day;Support the day to day management of a regional retail asset including finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, centre management office reception as well as general office administration duties.Assist with contractor services relating to minor repairs and maintenance and monitoring the vendor performanceEstablish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenants requestsAct as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant and customer related queries Ensure documentation is up to date and appropriately recorded Process and track all AP invoice and expense reimbursementsEnter tenant sales, insurance and lease information into the systemPrepare and issue weekly leasing reports to clientsAssist with adhoc administrative tasks and projects as required, including but not limited to maintaining registers, booking travel, minute taking and providing detailed reportingHere are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;Experience in Administration within a fast-paced office environmentExcellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reportingStrong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks.What’s in it for you?Uncapped opportunities to develop your career within Retail Property Management with structured career development to support you and explore your learning potential and career goalsParental leave which is industry leading.You’ll form an integral part of an enormously successful team who outperform in the market year on year.Working with an organisation like ours will take your career to the next level-the sky’s the limit.About us: At CBRE, our people enjoy working in a global real estate and property services organization with tremendous scale.
