About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Administrative Assistant to join our Service Development team in a permanent position.

The Retail Administrative Assistant provides effective day-to-day operational services of South West Healthcare Supplies with support to functional areas and the wider community.

This customer-facing role supports the assistant manager with shop daily tasks, written and verbal, whilst also providing information for end of month finances.

Position overview

  • Flexibility to be part-time or fulltime hours, On-going position.
  • Warrnambool based.
  • Administrative Grade 1 – HS1.
  • Salary Range: $55,000,000 - $59,000.00 pro rata, plus superannuation.

What you bring

  • The successful applicant will have excellent communication and people skills, and have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Accurate data entry skills, well-developed organisation and time management skills are also key to this role.
