The Client:An exciting opportunity awaits to join an established Retail Shopping Centre Owner. Our client boasts an enviable portfolio of shopping centres across NSW, QLD, and VIC. They require a motivated Asset Manager to join their team.
The Opportunity
This position is an exciting opportunity to join a great team at a period of growth, our client is looking for someone with Retail centre Management experience looking to take the next step in their career and work in a head office environment. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Ensure all portfolio/leasing matters are resolved in a timely manner
- Management of a National Portfolio
- Management of a large team of Centre Managers
- Oversee Property management and related issues
- Forecasting of income
- Management of budgets
- Onboarding of new Properties
- Oversee store closure process to ensure all requirements are satisfied
- Complete any additional requests from the Head of Development or National Development Manager
- Prepare and present research evidence on a range of property development matters
- Monthly interstate travel required across Victoria and Queensland
- Ideally, you would have extensive retail experience and have worked on either a key asset or across a portfolio of centres.
- This position requires the ideal person to have strong retail experience along with strong people management skills.
