We tailor our people solutions to help organisations find *and keep* their talent for today, tomorrow and beyond.We are looking for an experienced Retail Project Manager to join the Store Development & Construction team of one of our clients, a global retailer with huge growth plans. This is not just your average delivery role but instead presents an opportunity to drive a mix of new store and refurb projects and flex between future-state strategy work and project management delivery work.
Working closely with a Retail Designer and reporting into the Senior Project & Construction Manager, you are a key part of a truly dynamic and fast-paced team, working across the complete project lifecycle to ensure the pipeline of new and refresh stores are delivered to Company standards, managing governance and quality.
You are an experienced and savvy Project Manager who understands the full end to end project lifecycle of fitting out a new or existing store, and everything required in-between to ensure things go smoothly. The Designer will manage the concept planning stage and will hand over to you at tender stage, where you will run through to project completion. You will be working on 6-8 projects concurrently, all at various stages. Travel is a component of the role and will see you travel weekly interstate when you're needed on-site.

What experience do I need?
- Client-side PM experience in retail construction and/or fit outs
- Working knowledge of key PM tools and techniques
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Construction
- Proven team leadership experience and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working on multiple complex projects concurrently
