Project Manager, ArdenMaternity Leave Position - Fixed-Term, Part-Time 64 hours per fortnight

- Critical roles focusing on the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of clinical services to support the development of the new RMH Arden site and the Parkville site redevelopment.
- Provide high level project support to the Arden Project Director
- Initiate and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the Clinical Service Planning process for the Sub-Acute clinical stream of work, engaging with key stakeholder groups to ensure a comprehensive plan is developed for each service
- Work with RMH internal stakeholders and external Victorian Health Building Authority Architect and Health Planning consultants to develop Functional Design Briefs of all areas within the Sub-Acute clinical stream, attending user/focus group meetings and following up with participants as required
- Co-ordinate and manage all stakeholder engagement in the design phase of the project, ensuring internal stakeholders and consumers are well supported to provide clinical and non-clinical input into the design of the Arden Hospital
- Work with Project Director and key stakeholders to identify the operational, workforce and change management implications of a 2-precinct model.
- Prepare papers and presentations as required for internal RMH Governance committees
- Support the Project Director in reviewing and providing formal feedback on all documentation prepared by VHBA planning consultants to ensure the new Arden Hospital design
