Retail Property Manager

Spring Professional are proudly partnered with this market leader who are seeking a Retail Property Manager to join their expanding team in Melbourne.

Working with an experienced team of professionals you will provide strategic leadership and direction relating to the optimisation of an assigned retail portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Management of 200 retail associated lettings across a retail portfolio
• Lease Management (Renewals, negotiations, sublease, disposals)
• Management of all lease and sublease documentation
• Financial management of portfolio (internal accounts payable, billing team)
• Champion strategic direction to maximise value & return
• Manage property communications, including resolution of disputes
• Special projects

Ideal candidate will display:

• 2-5years' experience leasing or Retail Property management
• Sound communication skills (verbal and written)
• Complex property management troubleshooting experience

Salary $160,000 package
