Our retail business, bloom Hearing Specialists is a key part of our footprint in Australia and New Zealand, with an uncompromising approach to innovation and customer care.Our retail team has gone from strength to strength, and we are looking for a driven Retail Reconciliations and Support Advisor to join our team. The roleIn this newly created role, your remit will include but not be limited to:Reconciliation of customer payments (bank payments, direct debits, HUMM payments, HSP)Management of unallocated funds and apply mismatch payments for ClaimsRefund management and processing, payment reassignment on invoices/claimReviewing and assessing claims to ensure consistency across the networkDaily contact with clinic network and finance team to ensure payments are applied correctlyManagement and requests of remittances to ensure payments can be correctly allocatedGeneral accounts enquiries and SupportThis role can be based remotely or based in Port Melbourne or our Milton Support office.Ideal ProfileWe are looking for an engaging professional with influencing skills and an ability to gain buy-in from a broad range of different stakeholders. It will be key to have a strong understanding of legislation with regulatory bodies.
