About the Role As the Retail Support Manager you will ensure consistency across Civeo retail outlets, providing an exceptional experience for our customers throughout all of our retail and tavern/bar venues. To be successful in this role, you will be results focused, leveraging your experience to provide solutions to the business and partnering with key stakeholders to manage change.
This is a Perth based role, with extensive travel to our Western Australia and South Australia based villages required. Key Responsibilities Provide retail and merchandising support across the retail and tavern/bar departments where needed Project planning and managing any other retail initiatives. Development of staff in retail operations to meet client’s expectations of our retail offering Ensure our portfolio is aligned with our client contractual obligations.
Management of retail standards, product positioning and price, ensuring all villages are aligned to those strategies and initiatives around product range, agreed pricing module and standard merchandising requirement. Analyse and optimise retail staffing efficiencies About you Extensive knowledge in retail systems, point of sale systems and store merchandising Relevant hospitality industry high volume experience in accommodation operations and or retail Experience in system training and assessment A sound understanding of processes surrounding retail systems Retail stock inventory systems, POS and JDE Certificate II (or higher) in Retail Services/Management Certificate level qualification in hospitality or business (desirable).
