We are looking for an outgoing Sales Consultant to manage the end-to-end real estate sales experience at Kiama.

This newly created role will give you the opportunity to lead the sales experience for our brand-new premium retirement community in Kiama-Cedar on Collins. With 45 apartments ready for sale to prospective over 55-year-olds, this unique coastal village offers deluxe amenities including a Gymnasium, Resident Lounge, Wine Cellar and Studio providing a welcoming and supportive community.

Interested?

• Proven 5+ years sales ability and experience in the Retirement Living sector
• Relevant qualifications in real estate, sales, or other relevant discipline
• Excellent EQ, interpersonal, persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills
• Approach to understanding prospective buyer needs, motivations, and drivers to balance advice and sales
• Ability to be "tech savvy" and use customer relationship management systems
• Ability to think beyond the Sales Office and engage with potential buyers through creative initiatives.
