Our hotel is nestled in South Bank, with direct access to The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. South Bank is Brisbane’s premier lifestyle and cultural destination on the southern banks of the Brisbane River, it is open 365 days a year and attracts an estimated 11 million visitors annually. The hotel offers 238 rooms, an on trend open kitchen, 2 Food & Beverage Outlets and meeting venues for up to 150 delegates.
We have an exciting new opportunity for a strong leader to join our leadership team as a Full Time Revenue Manager – Maternity leave contract until January 2025.
With a hands-on approach, as the Revenue Manager you will executive our revenue management strategy as well as:
• Maximise revenue to achieve budgeted and forecasted revenue targets.
• Focus on trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis.
• Develop and implement systems, practices and tools aimed at these revenues through balancing demand and revenue maximization techniques.
• Ensure optimal presentation and maximization of business opportunities through brand websites, 3rd party websites, CRO and GDS.

What are we looking for?
• Relevant experience in similar roles within busy business and leisure hotels with a proven success record and performance
• Strong leadership with the ability to work collaboratively with other leaders in the business
• A strategic mind and a passion for driving performance at the highest levels
• Experience in daily forecasting & pricing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A creative flair to create new business opportunities to maximise the hotels revenue
• In-depth understanding of hotel operations
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• A commitment to undertake development with the Novotel Brisbane South Bank and the global Accor hotels network.
• A high standard of grooming and presentation
