Revenue Services Officer

The Role:

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Revenue Services Officer to join the team at Northern Health in delivering a timely, reliable and quality billing and debt collection services.

This position is responsible for patient liasion, billing, cashiering and maintaining the ATB and debt recovery process focussing on account follow-up.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience in using i.PM
• Billing and/or administration experience within the health sector
• Proven record and confidence in manual debt collections
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• High emotional intelligence and the maturity to empathise with patient and their families
