Key Responsibilities
As a pivotal part of the team, you will engage in a wide array of activities aimed at fostering growth and sustainability for their clients:

• Cultivating strong relationships by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to drive lasting commercial success.
• Steering collaborative teams in Risk Consulting and internal audit, overseeing internal audit processes, risk assurance, and controls remediation, while effectively conveying insights and recommendations to Audit Committees and senior leadership.
• Guiding and mentoring team members to continuously elevate their skills and deliver exceptional client engagement.
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to pinpoint business development opportunities that enhance clients' value proposition.
• Being aware of the evolving regulatory environment and industry best practices/legislation.

Skills and Experience
We are seeking a seasoned leader who excels in guiding and inspiring teams through coaching, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A proven track record in Risk Consulting or similar roles within a professional services setting, or experience in internal audit focused on higher education and public sectors.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and devise effective solutions.
• A collaborative and consultative approach to engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Professional qualifications such as CA or equivalent credentials.
