About The Role
This role, reporting directly to the Group Manager of Risk, Governance & Assurance, plays a critical role in developing and implementing Risk Management solutions tailored for Thiess Group Holdings.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Finalise Risk Framework
- Procure and roll out Risk software
- Develop Company & Project Risk Registers
- Lead and capture output from Quarterly Risk Workshops with Executive and other global stakeholders
- Deliver Quarterly board reporting
- Draft and finalise the Risk Management Policy Framework at Thiess Group Holdings and for each group entity and deliver to the TGH Board
- Procure and implement Risk Management software with group entities and projects
- Lead and capture output from quarterly risk workshops with the Executive and other global stakeholders
- Deliver quarterly board reporting
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the existing system while the new system is under development.
- Providing strategic guidance and influencing key business decisions, including those pertaining to risk at Thiess
The ideal candidate for this position should possess preferred qualifications in governance or auditing.
With a minimum of 5 years' experience in business management systems or a related field, candidates should exhibit proficiency in Microsoft applications and demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, they should showcase objective and impartial evaluation abilities, coupled with exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. A client-focused mindset is essential for success in this role, ensuring a proactive approach to meeting client needs and delivering exceptional service.
