About the role:
As our Risk Officer, you'll be at the forefront of shaping TSIRC's risk management strategies. Your day-to-day activities will involve assisting in identifying and assessing risks across various departments, providing guidance on risk management procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. You'll maintain comprehensive risk registers, analyse data to identify emerging risks, and provide timely recommendations to mitigate potential threats. Your proactive approach to risk management, combined with your ability to build effective working relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly, will be instrumental in driving our organisation's success.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
As our Risk Officer at TSIRC, you'll need to embody a strong foundation in risk management practices and demonstrate proficiency in various aspects of the discipline. A degree or diploma in Risk Management or a related field is highly desirable, complemented by certifications such as CRMA or CRISC. Your expertise in enterprise risk management and business continuity within complex organisational settings will be invaluable. Your ability to think critically, analyse data, and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance organisational performance will set you apart. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with technical proficiency in computer operations and risk management software, are crucial for thriving in this position.
