As a Roadside Team Manager, you will contribute to the overall Motoring business plan by ensuring a high quality, consistent and seamless on-road service is delivered to our members via our employed patrols and delivering against Service Delivery Health & Safety, People, Sales and operational objectives. What will you be doing? Developing, leading and driving the performance of Roadside Service Delivery Patrols and Flexi-Techs to achieve KPIs, including operational; Member/Customer Net Promoter Score (NPS); Sales & Revenue targets & business plan initiatives.
Managing staff resourcing in conjunction with Motoring Workforce Planning. Reviewing and analysing performance data (financial, sales and activity reports), monitoring and measuring productivity, goal progress and activity levels. Collaborating with the Leader, identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives including new systems and processes and procedures to enhance the member experience and drive operational efficiency.
Building capability and capacity of internal resources (including cross functional). Fostering cultural and operational change enabling the delivery of improved performance and employee engagement. Embedding and driving a culture of a robust Health & Safety focused environment within the constraints of a remote workforce.
Simplifying people and business process and systems to support RAC strategy and culture. Driving efficiencies and contribute to the longer-term strategy for the business unit. What are we looking for in you?
Experience managing a large team in an operational environment. Experience in managing occupational health and safety systems. Experience working as a Team Leader, Foreman or similar in the Motoring.
Qualified Motor Mechanic or equivalent trade is desirable. Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or a related discipline is desirable. Certificate IV in Occupational, Health and Safety is desirable.
