An exciting position for a full time Rostering Officer has just arisen in Brisbane, QLD . In this exciting, fast paced role, you will be responsible for rostering the staff at the head office of a multi-state growing not for profit organisation who specialise in NDIS and Child Safety Services.
Your core duties and responsibilities will include:
- Maintain base roster to include daily replacement of sick staff
- Process timesheets
- Assist in recruitment process and orientation
- Process pay queries, annual leave requests and shift swaps
- Monitor staff probation periods and organise annual performance reviews
- Monitor staff on work visa's
- Experience in a similar role
- Experienced in CRM and softwares
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite;
- Self-starter, willingness to show initiative and be a positive 'People Team member';
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and customer service ethos;
