We are an established Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and facilitate both accredited and non-accredited courses across Australia.

The Position
We have an opportunity for an experienced training superstar to join our team as our Business Services Manager (BSM), to help us meet the increasing demand for our Training and consultancy services.
As the BSM, you will be excited to share your knowledge of quality training practices, and happy to take responsibility for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our training division, client and learner experience. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining our compliance with regulatory bodies such as ASQA, and our ISO9001 Quality Management System.
The role is full time; 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday and is based in Notting Hill.
The role will ideally suit an individual who meets the following criteria:
- Experience with Training Management System aXcelerate
- Understanding of RTO Compliance
- Plan, schedule and conduct/oversee; internal audits, course reviews, assessment validation, and marketing reviews
- Excellent verbal and written skills, and solid customer service
- Excellent time management and organisation skills, especially in a dynamic environment
- Resourceful, with strong problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise work
- A ‘can do attitude’, operating well as both a team player and autonomously
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn in house management systems such as Xero
- 2+ years experience in a similar position
- Previous experience with a RTO or Training Company in the construction industry would be highly advantageous
Other responsibilities will also include:
- Training program administration; scheduling, managing registrations, producing training program materials, issuing certificates, invoicing and Compliance reporting
- Reception duties, capturing and fielding enquiries via phone and email
- Maintaining office supplies and training rooms
- Providing administrative support to the HAZCON Training and Consultancy Teams
