- Be mentored by an experienced HSE Manager
- Work with a team of supportive Managers, Admin and HR staff
- Attend Safety seminars and other Safety related events

Your new role:
This is a role where you can really make your name for yourself in the Safety Sphere. You will be provided with training and support from an experienced HSE Manager to facilitate the service our current and expanding client base across a range of industries. Our focus will be to develop your WH&S skills to provide you with autonomy, independence and flexibility in your work structure. Key responsibilities include Audits, Incident Investigations, System Development, implementation of our WHS Management System, Risk Assessments, Employee Return to Work Programs, Employee Training, Safety Action Plans, WHS consultancy and assist the Company with our aim to reduce our carbon footprint.

About you:
- Qualified in Health & Safety cert IV Preferably but not essential
- Return to work coordinator
- Data entry from variety of information sources
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work unsupervised and handle fluctuating workloads
- Current drivers licence and access to a vehicle
- A passion for compliance in the safety space
- You love a good process, and like driving efficiencies
- Good with people. Can communicate from line management level to employees on the floor
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Net Zero Carbon Emission initiatives or willingness to help the company reduce its carbon footprint
