What we're looking for:
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Preferred certification in training and development, instructional design, or safety management.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in designing and delivering safety and compliance learning solutions.
- Certification in training and development instructional design, or safety management preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate learning and development initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training sessions to employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation for strategic planning.
- Leadership qualities to foster a culture of safety and wellbeing across the organisation.
- Proactive and adaptable nature to navigate changing regulatory requirements and organisational needs.
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional team experience.
