We’re looking for an energetic and proactive professional that has experience within sales and is looking to consolidate their career. Reporting to the Sales Manager VIC, you will be well versed in building strong client relationships, enjoy working as part of a strong team and be a natural closer.

About the role:
- Day to day management and maintenance of existing account base.
- Construct and manage ongoing account development strategies.
- Reaching pre-determined overall sales and NDB revenue budgets.
- Report on sales activity within defined periods including reasoning behind significant upswings or downturns from budget.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting for defined account base.
- Delivery on company values while effectively liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in developing lasting relationships and have the ability to influence and drive sales excellence. You will be able to utilise your experience to proactively drive to offer customers solutions and work within industries that align with corporate strategies.
- Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager or BDM in B2B.
- Packaging experience preferable.
- Ability to be able to network and have strong networking connections
- Previous experience managing large key accounts
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets;
- Ability to quickly build and leverage relationships at all levels;
- Self-starter, high motivated individual who can work efficiently and effectively on their own and work well in a dynamic team-time, which may include but is not limited to training and/or project work.
