In this role you will:
• Drive the ongoing expansion of our client base
• Confidently present and educate clients on products, brand, and applications
• Manage existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to enhance sales growth
• Provide accurate and timely reports on business activities within your territory
• Keep your CRM up-to-date with client details and diligently follow up
• Surpass KPI requirements through exceptional performance
• Report directly to the VIC State Manager
• Foster customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying and addressing customer needs.
To thrive in this role, it is essential that you:
• Showcase a proven track record in sales, emphasising a robust focus on cultivating new business within the existing client base and through proactive initiatives, coupled with the ability to acquire new clients.
• Effectively champion and optimise the specification of Smartstone surfaces.
• Skillfully manage and uphold Smartstone merchandise within your designated client segment.
• Demonstrate a history of successfully achieving sales targets and the capability to formulate and implement a comprehensive sales business plan.
• Excel in working autonomously, showcasing strong time management skills.
• Possess a strategic mindset with excellent organisational abilities, coupled with the capacity to forge and maintain robust relationships at all levels.
• Leverage well-developed interpersonal skills, a positive mindset, and adaptability.
• Prior experience within the building industry is a definite advantage
