Our client is a specialist materials supplier that supports domestic and commercial projects. We are looking for a confident go-getter who enjoys communicating with a range of stakeholders to join their team located within the Fairfield region on a permanent basis.
Your new role
- Answering calls
- Touching base with clients to gain an understanding of their upcoming projects, ensuring high-quality customer experience
- Email correspondence and responding to enquiries
- Assist with chasing payments
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Other admin ad hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in Sales Admin
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
