The Harvey Norman Commercial Team is currently seeking a motivated Full Time Sales Administration Assistant to join our team based at our Taren Point Office to assist with backend processing & to provide clerical & organisational support to the business.
Responsibilities
- Place Proforma orders and process weekly and monthly Proforma Commissions
- Work closely with Coordinators and provide internal assistance
- Process direct delivery invoices, credit notes in Great Plains (software program) & posting daily sales batches
- Allocations/Dead Stock and stock transfers.
- Processing Credit & recharge RMA's
- Internal Return Merchandise Authorisation (Credit Claim, Nil off and stock control RTS)
- Assisting with Invoice changes (GP) liaising with Dispatch/Stock Control
- Processing and management of Customer Rebates
- Processing Courier bookings and Payments
- Good Attention to Detail
- Great Plains experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- The ability to work in a team and independently
