Sales Administrator

Perth Plantation Shutters (a subsidiary company under Hamptons Group) is a 100% locally owned and operated business proud to supply and install Western Australia’s best quality, handcrafted shutters and blinds. 

Based at our Wangara office this is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm.

About the job

The main responsibility of this position is providing high level customer service to our new and existing customers whilst working closely with our operations team to schedule appointments and provide sales administration support. We have a great working culture and supportive team who will provide in-house training for this position.

Day to day duties include; 

• Scheduling appointments for Sales Representative 
• Follow up new and existing sales leads
• Act as first point of contact to assist new and existing customer email and phone enquiries
• Assisting Customers in our showroom 
• Coordinate all warranty and service call outs
• Create and update customer files in PipeDrive 
• Prepare quotations based on house plans and measurements
• Regularly updating and maintaining accurate customer records

About you 

You will be someone who thrives in providing quality customer service and is confident in building rapport with customers. You will be comfortable working in a team or independently and show a proactive approach to your day-to-day work. 

You will have previous experience in a similar Sales Administration or Customer Service positions along with the following skillset:

• Experience using CRM systems to manage job and customer files
• Computer Savvy, experience in MS Outlook, Excel, Scheduling Systems 
• Ability to multiple tasks and effectively managing conflicting priorities
• Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communications skills to be able to liaise with customers, internal and external key stakeholders
