McGrath Estate Agents Noosa Heads are seeking an exceptional Sales Administratorto join our team. The successful candidate will be someone who can not only manage our front of office daily but who can also provide vital administration support to other areas of the business.

This position is best suited to candidates with outstanding real estate administration abilities, the ability to coach, mentor and contribute to the success of our high achieving team. You will be extremely organised, your positive energy and excellent verbal and written communication skills will be recognised and rewarded within our dynamic team environment.
Skills, Experience & Responsibilities
- Real Estate administration and advertising experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a highly successful team
- Ability to calmly train and mentor team members and new recruits
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly Organised and able to adhere to strict advertising deadlines.
- Demonstrates initiative and a can-do attitude with a smile
- At least 2 years previous experience in similar role within the real estate industry
