Independent Timber Supplies is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our thriving business in a Fulltime role, working Monday to Friday.
Who are we and what we need!
Independent Timber Supplies are a WA business that is locally owned and been operating for over 30 years. We service a range of Project Builders, Custom Builders and Owner Builders in the Western Australian building market - supplying quality timber, frames, trusses along with a variety of other products.
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Administratorto enhance our business brand. A highly organised and pro-active person looking for the next step in your career.
About the role:
- Working closely with the sales team to manage a portfolio of builders.
- Contributing to the success of the Sales Team and Independent Timber Supplies overall.
- Liaising with our customers in regard to sales and quotation follow ups.
- Be a central point of contact and co-ordination internally for this portfolio.
- Coordinating with other departments in our business to ensure the highest customer satisfaction is delivered.
- High accuracy processing quotes and orders within time frames.
- Timber knowledge is desirable but not essential to this role.
To be successful as an Independent Timber Supplies Sales Administrator you will need:
- A keen eye for detail
- Full Microsoft suite experience
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Expert communication skills both oral & written
- An ability to bring people together to solve challenges
- Willingness to Drug and Alcohol testing
