The Role
We require a confident and reliable Customer Service Rep/Sales Administrator to join the team in our Erskine Park office.
You'll be required to:
- Answer incoming sales calls
- Attend to queries and sales in a timely manner
- Ensure messages are clearly documented and passed on
- Where confident, offer simple quotations
- Review incoming sales emails and accurately enter system orders
- Escalate pricing or stock issues
- Assist sales staff as required
You will have:
- A good level of knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done, reliable and flexible
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and eye for detail
- Interest in learning about the Solar Industry
