KEY DUTIES
- Working in a team setting
- Prepare CMA
- Prepare Vendor Report
- Conduct Open Home for Inspections
- Conduct Private Inspections
- Support the team at auctions
- Client database communication via email/message etc.
- Support with marketing administrations

- $55k-70k plus super depending on experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
You must:
- Have an Agents Representative Certificate
- Experience in administrative or sales coordination tasks
- Able to work full-time (five days week)
- Must be able to work on Saturdays
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a car
- Be well presented
- Possess strong communication skills
- Have an exceptional work ethic
- Speak fluent in English and Mandarin-speaking is also an advantage
- Passionate about real estate
