Sales Administrator

Ray White Burwood VIC is growing and is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our growing team and work alongside our sales team. This is an outstanding opportunity to start a career in Real Estate where you will be fully supported by our leading Sales team. 

KEY DUTIES

• Working in a team setting
• Prepare CMA
• Prepare Vendor Report
• Conduct Open Home for Inspections
• Conduct Private Inspections
• Support the team at auctions
• Client database communication via email/message etc.
• Support with marketing administrations

• $55k-70k plus super depending on experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You must:

• Have an Agents Representative Certificate
• Experience in administrative or sales coordination tasks
• Able to work full-time  (five days week)
• Must be able to work on Saturdays
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a car 
• Be well presented
• Possess strong communication skills
• Have an exceptional work ethic
• Speak fluent in English and Mandarin-speaking is also an advantage
• Passionate about real estate
