The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the sales phone systems for missed calls & ensuring redundancy.
- Processing receipt payments on invoices.
- Moving orders to order confirmation.
- Managing inbox for Sales/Admin queries.
- Scheduling meeting appointments at the location.
- Handling customer communications on Facebook, Instagram, Podium & LinkedIn to enhance sales turnaround.
- Maintaining & auditing pipeline health.
- Assisting the sales manager in accountability of pipeline stages.
- Assisting the outbound team with account management.
- Managing office amenities.
- Assisting with the onboarding & offboarding for sales team.
- Executive Assistant to the Managing Director & Sales Director.
