Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Colac (with occasional travel to Geelong)
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and organized Sales Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. This role will primarily be based in Colac, supporting our sales team with administrative tasks, while also requiring occasional travel to Geelong for client meetings and events.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients in Colac and Geelong.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Liaise with internal departments to coordinate order processing, shipment logistics, and after-sales support for clients.
- Attend client meetings and events in Colac and Geelong as needed, representing the company professionally and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and other sales-related projects to support business development initiatives.
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Geelong for client meetings and events, with access to reliable transportation.
