Sales Administrator

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Perth based Sales Administrator will work closely with all functions of the company to deliver outstanding service to a broad range of stakeholders. Specifically, you will be;

• Processing sales orders, invoices and credit notes. 
• Creating customer accounts and validating trade references.
• Coordinating transport with 3rd party logistics warehouses nationally.
• Contacting customers to confirm details and advise order updates. 
• Some sales and order-taking with existing and new customers
• Coverage of annual leave with our sales team with some in-field selling and order taking.
• Assisting the Accounts Team with data and system queries.
• Assisting with customer presentations ahead of client meetings. 
• Receiving in-bound phone call enquiries and direct to relevant departments.
• General administration requirements from the Sales Team and the Executive Team members.

Knowledge & Experience:

Although these are the essential role requirements, the role will require adaptability to the business requirements at the time and key knowledge and skills are;

• Previous experience in an Administration role is highly desirable. 
• Interest and capability in selling and sales to new and existing customers
• Accuracy and a strong attention to detail. 
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional and friendly can-do attitude. 
• Adaptability to Technology and new systems, including familiarity with Microsoft 365.
