The Role will include:
- Sales administration
- Answering & directing calls
- Preparing marketing collateral including uploading property listings
- Calendar management
- Managing and updating the CRM
- Other Ad Hoc duties as required
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Sales Administrator/Office Administrator/EA/PA in the Real Estate Sector
- You will have a Current Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV)
- Professional Personal Presentation
- Excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to turn your hand to whatever the situation requires.
- Full Time or Part Time - 4/5 days with hours negotiable
- Monday to Friday - keep your evenings and weekends free for family and social time!
