The Role

This job-share position offers a blend of customer interaction and sales acumen, making every day an opportunity to showcase your skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Adapting to flexible shifts within the job-share structure: 7am-12pm, 12pm-4.30pm, or full days from 7am-4.30pm.
• Excelling in sales: Confidently engage in phone-based sales, adept at converting inquiries from new leads into sales while providing excellent service.
• Customer relationship management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Accounts Receivable Skills
• Ability to work autonomously and independently
• Smooth operation: Efficiently handle bookings, logistics, and driver coordination, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

Key Skills

• Demonstrated sales prowess, with a focus on lead conversion and relationship cultivation.
• Superior communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation, managing customer challenges effectively.
• Independent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Detail-oriented, especially in using Excel and in house systems
• Knowledge of Melbourne suburbs and proficiency with Google Maps for scheduling and routing.
• Commitment to reliability, crucial in a lean team setup.
