About the Role
VenuesWest has an exciting opportunity to join the Programs Fitness and Sales team in a newly developed position.
The Sales and Services Manager assists the Manager Programs Fitness and Sales in the development, implementation and management of customer service and sales models, processes and targets. The role leads and provides direction in delivering a diverse range initiatives across the Health and Fitness, Sales and Creche teams to drive membership and program growth, maintain retention and deliver excellence in customer service. The role will liaise with the Manager Programs, Fitness & Sales to ensure Health & Fitness, Sales and Creche business targets and strategic objectives are aligned and striving to be achieved.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity based between HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont and HBF Arena in Joondalup and mobility will be required between these venues.

About the Person
The successful candidate will have previous experience in the administration and delivery of health and fitness operations including experience in Sales, Gym and Group Fitness functions. The successful candidate will have a passion and focus for delivering health and fitness outcomes to members by providing an engaging positive environment to achieve their goals. The ideal l candidate will also have experience in digital fitness and membership systems and continually support team members to drive team performance to be industry best practice.
