Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart and passionate individual with a proven sales record. Experience in CFDs and FX preferable but not essential (new graduates will be considered). You will join a growing team and gain exposure to a unique environment working in the Fintech space. You'll enjoy operating in a fast paced, highly efficient agile environment alongside a team of autonomous individuals that have strongly aligned beliefs and laser focused goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Being part of a team based in Sydney dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer onboarding experience
• Facilitate outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chats
• No cold calling is involved, the job is heavily centered on engaging warm leads via outbound call campaigns and the vast majority of the day will be spent speaking to clients over the phone, in a fast-paced workplace environment
• Provide support for existing customers with all aspects of the trading experience- funding their account, education etc
• Encourage and support referrals from existing clients
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
• Passionate about sales and delivering the highest possible service to customers
• Creative problem solver, professional, honest and a good team player
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Can learn complex products quickly
• Have computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proactive, KPI-driven representative, able to manage your own client base but driven to source new relationships on own accord
• Self-motivated that likes working to targets
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset to support our customers in the demanding, real-time environment of active trading
• Commitment to continuous improvement
• Mandarin and English language proficiency
